Call for Playwrights
Extended Deadline: June 30, 2013
Aspiring
and established playwrights are invited to submit proposals for new one-act
plays of historical significance that celebrate New Jersey's rich and diverse
history. The focus of the 2013/2014 Liberty Live project will be The 350th
Anniversary of New Jersey and will be part of the statewide NJ 350 Initiative.
Playwrights must be current residents of NJ. The commissioned writer will be awarded
$1000 and their script will be developed in 2013 and produced in 2014 at Kean
University's Liberty Hall Museum.
